The H variant of the Shipoopi is cost reduced. It has the same high explosive cannons, but has a center-mounded tightly packed FOAB attached to it. This leaves the pylons for other weapons and equipment.
Activate Group 3, switch to air to ground targeting, and cycle your weapon to use the cannons.
