The Grumman F6F Hellcat is an American carrier-based fighter aircraft of World War II. Designed to replace the earlier F4F Wildcat and to counter the Japanese Mitsubishi A6M Zero, it was the United States Navy's dominant fighter in the second half of the Pacific War.
The F6F-5N is a Night fighter version, fitted with an AN/APS-6 radar. This variant were armed with two 20 mm AN/M2 cannon in the inner wing bays and four 0.50 in M2 Browning machine guns in the outer.
AG1 for canopy, AG2 for wing fold, AG3 for nav lights, AG4 for arresting hook. VTOL down for flaps, trim for trim.
