SHIZOKAZE CLASS

The Shizokaze is a class of aerial cruiser conceived as the apex of private aeronaval engineering. Conceived and overseen by Raphael Starla, and rumored to have been co designed with Rachel Starla, the vessel was built to do what few craft of its generation could, combine the mobility and range of a cruiser with the autonomy and responsiveness of a personal flagship. Where traditional airships trade speed for payload or endurance for protection, Shizokaze achieves a rare synthesis, blistering transit speeds, sustained high altitude operation, and a defensive suite intended to neutralize both conventional and emergent threats.

Central to the ship’s operation is Alexandra, an advanced, ship-wide control intelligence tied to a voice interface. Alexandra coordinates navigation, propulsion, weapons, damage control, and life support with near instantaneous decision loops, requiring only spoken commands to execute complex maneuvers or strategic doctrines. The automation allows a minimal crew to manage maximal capability, the vessel acts with an autonomy that borders on sentient coordination while remaining entirely under the owner’s authority.

Internally, the ship is equal parts command citadel and private yacht. Command modules and sensor arrays occupy the forward superstructure, with private quarters, guest accommodations, and secure vaults arranged deeper within. Redundancy is a design principle, duplicate power trains, isolated life support loops, and automated repair drones maintain combat resilience even after significant damage. Despite its military capability, Shizokaze was optimized for private operation, fast startup, near instant deployment, and intimate control by its owners rather than large crews or distant navies.

In short: This is Raphael and Rachel's primary home.
