Auto Credit Based on plopper56's Crazy Both Ways Plane
Used some foils to help lift it out of the water a bit while still staying in so it goes fairly fast. Around 550 mph in the water 1000+ in air. Turns like a boat whether it is in the water or air.... Use 1 and 2 to turn on both sets of engines. May explode if taken into the water too fast(~1000 mph)
