This is the flag of Norway, the oil-rich, mountainous, and gorgeous nation in Scandinavia! The flag of Norway consists of a Nordic Cross in the colors of Red, White, and Blue. The actual cross shape itself represents Christianity. The blue represents Norway's union with Sweden and it's past association with Denmark. The whole tricolor of red, white, and blue represents the country's liberty and independence. Suprisingly, I found, the Norwegian flag was based off of the colors of the French, British, and American flag.
