I mean, yes, it could be, but I recall a mod saying that this type of thing was too low effort. I would say do a “add 50 parts and pass it on” type of thing, and create a forum about it, so that only people with permission can create a new one. The current builder would be listed in the forum, and previous builders would be listed before it. The build could be passed around on unlisted, so after only 5 people worked on it, it would be over 250 parts! That way, someone could create a really awesome community project.
