I finally fixed this one!
I was having the hardest time figuring out what was wrong with the ATA missiles inside so I fixed it and I'm bringing this weapon back.
Improvements:
Added ATA functionality.
Fixed weight specs.
Fixed design.
Fixed functionalities.
I had this weigh about 10x the correct amount beforehand lol!

@lemoose That's facts I spent more time on this than a lot of my more successful builds. That warning at the end is for real I can't tell you how many times I've screwed this up lol
Ill never know why some uploads just arent succesful lol some of what i think are my less impressive builds get much more attention than the ones im truly proud of. @ChisP
