Okay, so I found the time. Yes, as I received it I found it to not work, however it didn't take much fixing to get it functional.

Problem: Back end not connected to front (this was the biggest).
Solution: Attached Cockpit bay part (the one with the seat in it) to the top of one of the front end's blocks, then used the nudging feature (in case you are not aware, it is the... wrench icon, I believe, just above the turn-part buttons) to get it into place. I set movement to "connected parts", then used the Y and Z until it lined up.
(I apologize if you already knew this stuff, I just don't know how advanced your knowledge of the game's tools is).

    Problem: No fuel.
Solution: Replaced the blocks under the engines and behind the structural panels the wheels are on with a pair of fuel tank blocks. Easy peasy.

    Problem: No steering.
Solution: Gave front wheels a few degrees of steering through the "turning angle" slider. I went for 5 degrees, which seemed to be enough.

Suggestion: Change the engine's throttle control to VTOL to give it the ability to reverse.

I Think that's all the big issues I encountered. I would also suggest replacing the cockpit at the front with a flight computer placed back a bit to save weight, but I suppose there are advantages to having it in the nose, like clearer vision and better weight distribution.
Sorry if this comes off as patronizing, I just want to help out.
