USS Chester, the leadship of the Chester heavy cruisers. Made to support carrier task forces and to destroy hostile ships.
Her main caliber can penetrate enemy battleship and heavy cruiser armors while the secondary cannons can take care of the smaller ships.
Her downside is mobility, since she was made to operate in open oceans, she cant maneuver quickly.
