This shouldn't have taken as long as it has to make but there you go. VTOL controls the swing wings. Primary wings make up the fore wing and horizontal stabilisers make up the aft wings. Only pull the VTOL lever down but not all the way, just most of the way. Elevator trim is needed to keep the nose down but is otherwise surprisingly stable even with the wings swept back. Needs more refinement but I can't do it on mobile so feel free to refine it yourself.
