It's a modernised version of the M-17 100w

The modernisation includes:

– Composite armour and ERA
– A 125mm cannon, a variant of Russian guns, adapted for manual loading
– A new 1,000 hp engine
? Resulting in a power-to-weight ratio of 15.5 hp/tonne and a road speed of 58 km/h
– Improved vertical stabiliser
– Faster turret traverse
– A rear-mounted ammunition rack holding 20 shells
– A new communication system...
-and a passive protection system similar to the T-90 which is there to just disrupt laser-guided missiles

It was put into service from 1989 and is still in service, especially in third world countries
