I took some of the recommendations in the comments and released a fixed version of the plane.
Now it even more stable, and still maneuverable and fast (695 km/h on 6000m).
However, it has some problems with takeoff and landing, but I wrote about this in the game instructions
This plane used to have a cabin engine activation feature, if you want to add this function, write in the engine input (using the XML editor) Throttle*(what is written in the switch, which is signed as ignition (find it in the cabin))

I have no problems with taking off. Just pull the flaps, increase throttle slowly and the plane will take off by itself. Landing, like you said is a little trickier. But just keeping the throttle at 10% instead of zero until your wheels hit the tarmac usually will do. For a taildragger braking is remarkably trouble-free. No rolling over when you brake too hard...
