Sleeker design, neater performance

The Suria 2, successor of the Suria 1 possesses a sleeker nose with air intake below. A proposal for a new jet which could achieve faster speeds, more payload options, and most importantly : much more maneuverable than its predecessor, the Suria 1. Thus, aerodynamic was the main thing to implement into the design. Two jet engines were added to provide more power. A picture of the two jet engines added

Not only was performance and function came into mind when it comes to designing it, safety has also become part of it. A safety device which could increase the survivability of the pilot. Ejecting cockpit with parachute and countermeasures have been installed, making the plane a whole lot safer than the first model.

What happens next?

The Suria, too, still remained in service for the reservist army . With some retrofitting and upgrades made, it could still provide reasonable support or attacks to old enemy aircrafts. After it was deemed obsolete, it still remained service either as a training aircraft. Some even are made as show aircrafts, which performed at airshows around the world, or ended up as museum pieces. The Suria 2 still, is one of the most revolutionary aircraft ever made by the Third Union.

Features

Of course, the Suria 2 provided air and ground weapons. Most notably missiles.

Instead of wing guns, a minigun was fitted directly in front of the pilot for better accuracy.
