Can someone tell me if someone has already done this?? Anyway, this is Sea Plane, but turned into a land-only plane. It has speedbrakes and landing gear along with a sleeker fuselage tail.

To land, you need to be lined up very nicely with the runway. Or else this plane will probably never land. Use the speedbrakes to your satisfaction in the air, but not on the ground. This plane gets it's nose pushed down by the speedbrakes, so when you're on the ground, don't touch those speedbrakes until your tailwheel is on the ground and you're going 35 MPH.

Then you can slam on those speedbrakes. This is because the nose has a very high chance of slamming into the ground when landing.
