Semi realistic, definitely handles like it should, for takeoff, keep trim all the way up and go 80% thrust, 70% is the thrust that is needed for cruise speed. VTOL down for flaps, the flaps have 3 bending segments. they help when landing. water landings amd takeoffs are possible but kind of hard.
