History:
The F-21 Talia is a long range carrier based interceptor built by HydroAir to serve Wisteria as wars came. It was made to carry little weapons, but the longer range let it destroy bombers while they’re barely out of their country. It was named after its short stick at the tailplane which looked like a cat’s (or dog’s) tail from further away.
