Caudron C.714 Cyclone

Originally designed a a racing aircraft, the Cyclone was modified to be a fighter following the German occupation of the Rhineland. The 12 cylinder inline engine restricted the forward view, and only 50 or so were built. Most Cyclones saw use with Polish fighter squadrons operating in France, but a few survived to be captured and delivered to Finland.
