I've received requests for these types of props, and I have to admit they are kind of cool. Of course they don't provide thrust, but are for your special airplanes. I'd like to see someone build my favorite airplane from these, the Russian Bear.
Is that a challenge? I guess it is. :-) Let's see your best Bear comrades.

109k WalrusAircraft@PlanesOfOld - OK, I made it for you. I used a small engine and gave it 10x power. Just testing now... Look for it soon.10.0 years ago

43.9k PlanesOfOld@WalrusAircraft sort of elijthegeat posted a glider like it about an hour ago just wondering if it's possible to have a prop engine that can fold out fro the fuselage a bit like your glider I plan to put it on somthimg like my high performance glider so it needs to be compact I just wondered if it's possible and it seems you can do Anithing you even made Han solo10.0 years ago

109k WalrusAircraft@tufail98 @ Lucky13 - Lucky13, tufail98 and I discussed this and it was a misunderstanding on his part on how to get parts. tufail98 - no worries, and let me know if you ever need anything from me. Also, thank you for the kind rating Lucky1310.0 years ago

109k WalrusAircraft@PlanesOfOld - Have a look at the glider I posted some time ago. It has a fold out engine. Is that what you are looking for?10.0 years ago

43.9k PlanesOfOld@WalrusAircraft just wondering if it would be possible to make a fold out engine for a long range glider? That could fit into a 2x2 or even 1x1 area?10.0 years ago

471 Lucky13@WalrusAircraft, CHEATER ALERT @tufail98 has copied all of your propellers, not in a plane, he just literatally takes them and re posts10.0 years ago

3,096 WWIIPlaneBuilderCan you make a prop with cover look like the one on this P-36 plz... I just can't seem to do it http://www.tangmere-museum.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2009/06/P-36-3.jpg @WalrusAircraft10.0 years ago

14.1k ElijtheGeathmm, it probably does something since it is the fastest prop plane @WalrusAircraft10.0 years ago

109k WalrusAircraft@hypnotoad thanks a bunch man.10.0 years ago
-
109k WalrusAircraft@ElijtheGeat that's a great question and I don't know the answer. I do know it is the fastest prop aircraft and the noisiest since the tips of the props break the speed of sound.10.0 years ago
-
14.1k ElijtheGeatvery cool. I can understand why you would use it on a plane that has the engine right in the middle, and just one of them-- to reduce torque, like on a lockheed xfv , but I don't see why you'd do it on something like the bear where there is an even amount of engines mounted on either side of the fuselage , it seems like a waste of energy. do you have any explanation?10.0 years ago

43.9k PlanesOfOld@WalrusAircraft k we need a special shell rack with more rounded shells also if you could some explosive reactive armour for the exterior and some bar armour that is like a grid of metal (only if you can) we also need a gun look up challenger 2 in Google images it just needs a gas vent glitched in the middle. (Again only if you can) this is turning into a three man build lol :) go to planesnthings thrust ssc to see the conversation about the tank10.0 years ago
