About the car:
One of the most unusual cars in auto-racing history, the Chaparral 2J debuted in the 1970 Can-Am Challenge Cup, and was designed to be as close to the ground as possible. To do so, 2 giant fans powered by a snowmobile engine were placed in the rear, in order to suck air and stick the car to the ground. This distinct feature earned the car nicknames like 'the sucker car' or 'the vaccuum cleaner'.
About the creation:
This is an improved re-upload of a previous creation, but the improvements are mostly cosmetic. Apart from making the cockpit more detailed and adding 66's on the car's side, I've also added actual 'fans' at the rear of the car. But, this being SimplePlanes, they serve no purpose other than decoration. Still working on the handling, though.
Oh, and by the way, before you say that the colors are dull, the Chaparral 2J IS white and grey.
