Site-0283 is a Ground/Aerial Unit Training complex located in [Redacted], 300 miles east of Region IX, Philippines. It is a multi story underground complex with 48 Levels underground stretching to an area of 12.48 km^2. Complete with Communication arrays, Multiple hardened vehicular hangars, A three point SAM VLS system, liquid holding cells, Helipads, cafeteria, and personnel quarters including Sleeping, Recreational, Workshop, Gyms, and simulated combat area. All of these can accommodate up to 12,000 personnel.

The site is powered by an underground geothermal generator, with a LFT reactors, and Diesel Generators as backup and tertiary backups.

The site is also defended by a minimum of three SAM VLS loaded with Interceptor missiles, nine L7++ Rated Heavy Defence Towers, Anti Tunneling Mines, and an Automated/Remotely Activated Emergency System-100 “Safety Pin” as courtesy of SCP Foundation Lockdown Procedures. The site is manned 24/7 bu 5,000 Active Defense Units from SFA South East Asian Quick Response Brigade XVII.

The site is built in 1973, with Specifications requiring a multiple backup systems, and be able to survive a 1Mt nuclear warhead directly hitting the central bunker, without any major damages be reported. And in the event of a total forced incursion, Be remotely blown up using a surface on site nuclear warhead. This will ensure the destruction of all enemy units within the surface and the first five subterranean levels.

This site is also the first experimental weapon systems testing grounds that have been created, and still functions up to this day. Other weapon systems from other sites are also tested here before the creation of Site-0292, A dedicated Experimental Technology Testing Complex. Here also are the SFA South East Asian Quick Response Brigade XVII are stationed. While not on active operations, they help on training new recruits in Urban warfare, Jungle Warfare, CQC, Biological and Chemical Warfare, First Response Assessment, And Disaster Relief responses.

Although it has a projected 300 year lifespan, the site is experiencing rapid deterioration due to the old Cold War era tech that it is operating on. By the year 20[Redacted], The site is officially “deconcentrated” but SFA SEA QRB XVII Says that they can still use the whole site as a realistic secure area assault practice zone, where they can use their weapons and techniques in attacking and defending up to the test, seeing if their methods are effective. Life fire exercises have been used here multiple times, including a straight up 12 hour bombing run.
