E-25 is actually a combat vehicle weighing 25-50 tons, which is used to replace the old No. 3 tank, No. 4 tank and their variants. There are three well-known companies competing for the scheme - Porsche, Argus and Adler. The planned projects include: medium-sized expulsion vehicles, assault guns and heavy self-propelled guns.

The E-25 destroyer designed by Dr. Porsche has all the advantages of the E-10. However, due to its larger body, the combat effectiveness of the E-25 is also improved. Its main gun is a new 75 mm Pak 44 / 2 L / 70 gun (it can also be equipped with the advanced "sparrow hawk" fg1250 infrared night vision sight). Theoretically, it can destroy the Soviet is-2 tank in the front at 1600 meters, but there is no actual combat example. However, some people think that its power is the same as that of kwk44 / 1 on Panther f tank. The latter can pierce the front armor of is-2 turret (1944 type, which is also the standard mass production type of is-2) with tungsten core ammunition at 1200 meters. On the other hand, kwk44 improved the rear seat device on the basis of kwk42, and the recoil force increased from 12 tons to 18 tons. The increase of artillery power is unknown.

The auxiliary weapon of the E-25 is a 20 mm machine gun that can rotate 360 degrees.

The frontal armor of the E-25 is the same as that of the E-10, which is also 80mm. However, in order to increase the interior space, the frontal inclination of the car body is increased from 30 degrees of the E-10 to 45 degrees, and the height of the car body is higher than that of the E-10, which is equivalent to that of the Hunter (the height of the hunter's car is 2.17m).

The vehicle weight of E-25 is 27 tons, and the engine is Maybach hl100 (400 HP), which leads to the speed not reaching the expected value. Therefore, it is planned to replace it with a 600 HP engine with higher power (unfinished). In this way, the unit power of E-25 is more than 20HP / T, and its design performance is better than that of su-85 / 100 tank fighter.
