if you want to fly normally just use the normal controls and it will be pretty maneuverable, but if you want supermaneuverability activate AG-1/2/3/4/8 , you can achieve the best maneuverability if you turn the VTOL engines on max then deactivate AG-8 and turn the normal engines off and on as you see necessary.
