The Scorpene class submarine was originally constructed by Direction des Constructions Navales (DCN) in France and the Spanish company Navantia. A Modern diesel electric attack submarine exported to several other countries. One such country is Brazil, which ordered four enlarged versions alongside a technology transfer agreement and agreement to build a joint French-Brazilian Nuclear submarine. The First hull of the Brazilian class 'Riachuelo' was laid down in 2010, with the other three still in construction.
The largest variant of the Export Scorpenes, the Riachelo has capacity for 35 crew and 70 day endurance. It is also capable of launching modern F21 Torpedoes and SM39 Exocet Missiles from its six 21 inch torpedo tubes.

@Nuclearbomber36 Got some plans to make an RPK-2 Anti Submarine Missile to equip it with! I always love an excuse to build a new weapon.
@MintLynx Oh, the respect is exactly due to all the time and effort that was required for you to get there. You can only get good at something by doing it a lot, and when someone's really good at something, they've clearly put in a lot of effort for that.
I'm new to the site but I've been building planes for quite some time now. I'm more into things that fly though, so I never really bothered too much with cars and ships apart from some experimentation here and there.
@FlyingHueman Keep in mind that I only started building these things AFTER several hundred hours at least working with this game and XML modding in particular, that and discovering a couple awesome submarines that inspired my method. I've also had plenty of time to refine my method.

Point is if you keep at something you'll most likely get better, practice makes perfect and all :)
That is one beautiful replica, especially considering it doesn't have an absurdly high number of parts. This is definitely going to my collection. (might also be a bit biased, hehe)
Mad respect for you guys who make submarines in this game, too. I've tried messing around with surface ships and to this day I've only made one that kind-of works.
