The MP-3F "Utricularia"

Just like the flower, the MP-3F is a slick, yet deadly aircraft. It is not only hard to take down, thanks to the very strong structure, and the wide array of armaments carried are designed to take down both lumbering bombers and nimble airplanes. However, it is not maneuverable, and it performs poorly at low altitude.

History and Characteristics

The Alpine Fighter Group had no effective Bomber interceptor. The MP-2F was too vulnerable to the defensive guns mounted in enemy bombers, and the MP-1F doesn't perform well at altitude.
Seeing how the British Boulton-Paul Defiant's mediocre success at intercepting, but the lackluster performance against escort fighters, the Alpine Group sought to design a Turret Fighter that was capable of defending itself from escort fighters. With a strong structure, bulletproof glass, armored cockpits, and fuel tanks, paired with a Twin-turbocharged engine, and a wide array of fixed and dorsal weapons, the MP-3F was born.

Max. Speed at Sea Level: 500km/h
Max. Speed at 7000m: 800km/h
Stall Speed: 120km/h
Turret Armament: 2x37mm Cannon
Fixed Armament: 3x20mm Cannon, 4x12.7mm Machineguns.
Landing/Take-Off distance are approximately 100m, Gears are very strong, and the plane performs like any Alpine aircraft.

Operation and tips

Ag-1 To arm the Turret's cannon
Ag-2 To activate the turret. Notice it has auto-aim, and it's suggested to only utilize it paired with the plane's stabilizer
Ag-3 To arm the forward-firing weapons
Ag-5 To fold wings
Ag-6 To turn on lights
Ag-7 To turn on stabilizer. VTOL and Trim respectively control Pitch and Roll
Ag-8 To Deactivate the control surfaces

-Aircraft is inadequate at maneuvering, so energy fighting is suggested. Booming and Zooming works best, as it is excellent at diving, and has powerful engines

-The sturdiness allows for tanking hits. Instead of trying to outmaneuver someone, it is advised to let them get on your six, and fire the turret's 37mm cannons

-Head-ons are highly preferred too, thanks to the armor and powerful weapons

-The turret doesn't turn forward completely, so to approach an enemy bomber, from below and in front or on the side is the best approach

-In case the situation calls for it, pull up and zoom away from enemy fighters

-Trim and Vtol with Ag-7 allow for steady circling, to avoid getting constantly shot and allowing the turret to fire properly
