For years, the Liberation-Class carrier served as the flagships of the 21st-150th Continuum Battle Fleets. But no matter what upgrades it received, it was still a carrier at heart, leaving the Continuum without a dedicated superheavy warship. So the Continuum R&D division, in partnership with Orion Foundries, created the Excision-Class dreadnought. Commisioned in 3154, the Excision-Class dwarfed the Liberation-Class in sheer size alone, and its weaponry are some of the most powerful ship-mounted weapons ever made. The Excision-Class is designed for both frontline assault and support roles, and also has starcarrier capabilities, being able to carry a 300-craft strike force. It is armed with multi-range rapid-fire plasma boltguns, which fire 15000 plasma bolts per minute but require double that time for cooldown, a larger bow-mounted version of it, heavy rapid-fire ballistic gauss cannons for close-quarter engagements, and fusion torpedoes and fusion missiles for hitting enemies that are out of its range. Its entire bow is also reinforced for added durability for ramming against enemy ships. The Excision-Class continued to receive upgrades and serve the Continuum Navy until it was decommisioned in 3211 and replaced with the newer and better Seraph-Class dreadnought

1. Probably not. AFAIK the Tumour is a unique universe, meaning it actively prevents other universes too similar from forming. That said, whether you're part of that deal is unclear. There might be more of you, might not be.
