Eurofighter Typhoon (My First Realistic Build, but kinda sad for its failure to fly)

It is my first time doing a properly designed plane, and I don't know how to stabilize it and make it fly properly
By the way, it's a Eurofighter Typhoon

@AceOfSpade thanks for your advice, it helped me a lot. I just need some more practice and patience.
After some tinkering I found:
•Wing load is low (Part clip in some extra)
•Adding a hidden stock size structural wing will help keep it stable
•Might want to get roll on the main wings, nearly ineffective on the canards.
