Ok, so went less complex - VTOL slowly down and wait 20 seconds, full power to 100k, group 1 to detach, need to get VTOL back to centre at about 5k to slow descent, balance out spins. Use of VTOL to to make astronauts sick / unconsicious is considered bad form :)w
