Auto Credit Based on Johawks1976's why does it not fly and the elevators are flimsy

This is the completed version of the halcyon spear. I have been developing this for a year now and thought it was pretty good. Despite the high part count, it ran pretty well on my laptop. This is the successor to the AC-3 White heron I built a century ago. There where supposed to be alot of moving parts but it would be super flimsy so.....
I kinda forgot who's parts I used so if you see something that is yours please let me know
