modifications :
rear control surfaces have new funky trees and function :
VTOL down for uno reversing the enemy (i wont try it doing it in a close combat situations)
the main targets of modifying this :
able to smoothly manuever (i know i misspelled that wrong) through the air and while doing psm and also accelerate as fast as possible after doing a psm
notes : i wont recommend using TVC on take off and also watch your speed if you're not trying to do psm when making sharp turns
psm : 500 mph and below
