The MiG-23 11 was the rival design to the Flogger we know today. It initially had lift jets, but I am really bad at VTOL aircraft so I made it a conventional aircraft. Now this is a what if aircraft if it still lost, but was put into limited service as an agressor aircraft for training and exercises. It is armed with four AA-9 Atolls
