he took winterro's base, added some (amazing) weapons, changed the body shape significantly, and posted it.
besides, winterro will still get bonus points.
also, he literally got EXECUTIVE PERMISSION from winterro to make it ToT

He personaly asked winterro to use the build. And even if he just took the build and modified it he stil wouldn't be doing anything wrong because the aircraft predecessor link is enabled. But if he where to remove the predecessor link now that's when he would be doing somthing that's not allowed. But this is fine and it should be cherished. That our community makes thier own versoins of thier beloved build this is great and should not be frowned upon.
I love this build man keep it going!
