This is a fictional variant of F-15J, which appeared in a classic science fictional anime movie PATLABOR 2.
The maneuverability is improved by adding thrust vector control system and a pair of newly designed duck wing.In fact I believe its true origin is F15S/MTD, you can find a lot of common ground on them. It also has a better stealth shape than the origin one, equipped with four weapon bays.
