This is a turbofan engine with three separate systems: fan power, core power and regeneration. The fan is powered by an electric motor, that can be charged using the regenerative propulsion generator behind the motor, meaning that the more it spins, the more energy it generates. To keep the rest of the plane running and to add more thrust, I'll add a central ramjet with a bleed shaft for radiant waste energy. For thrust reversal, it uses the ramjet to generate the thrust and reverses it in an inner reversible flow chamber, also shutting off the fan and generator systems.

For controls, you have throttle for regular engine operations and AG2 plus brake for thrust reversal.
