The end of 1945.

During the last bombing of German factories in Spain, B-17 bombers lost particularly valuable plants, which the Nazis did not like.

At the beginning of 1946, a modification with a powerful radar, "In consequence, I had to change the nose of the plane," was added on the plane of vertical take-off and landing - Triebflugel. Two X-5 missiles with infrared guidance on the radar were added.

In May 1946, eight of these aircraft successfully repelled the flight of American aircraft, unfortunately losing one aircraft.

Armament - two missiles (X-5) and four guns (MG-151/20)
