The DOW 3 is the 3rd generation of the DOW series. It is a mobile radar truck designed by Joshua Wurman. It was designed to use a radar dish to measure winds inside tornados and hurricanes. It features pistons to stabilize itself on uneven ground, and to escape high flood waters during hurricanes. It also has a extendable mast to gather wind measurements from higher up in the atmosphere.

CONTROLS: AG1 is headlights and tailights. AG2 is left blinker, and AG3 is right blinker. AG4 is warning lights. AG5 is the pistons. AG6 is rotate radar left. AG7 is rotate radar right. Activate both AG6 and AG7 at the same time to keep the radar in place. AG8 is the mast. VTOL is to change the angle of the radar. Trim is reverse. Roll is steering.

Improvements: Replaced old radar system with newer radar system used in my DOW 2.
