Auto Credit Based on Decrepit's Project STEALTH EYE (challenge CLOSED)
My entry for the Project Stealth Eye challenge. This stealth bomber can take off from the Tiny with ease, though landing is tricky (but possible). It meets the speed criteria with a top speed of about 740 mph at sea level. It carries plenty of fuel for long range operation; it also has the capacity to fly more slowly at 35% throttle for fuel saving.
