He-400 Gunship

1,711 lis  5.6 years ago

A Joint Post-war American-German Gunship collaboration loosely based on the He 177 for use in Korea and later, Vietnam. While this prototype never went into service (mostly because I invented it), it still had an impressive array of weaponry. This aircraft has 5 Defensive / Offensive turrets, a Mg 151/20, 3 Mg 15s, and an Octuple Mg 15 turret. This firepower allows the crew to easily defend the craft, while at the same time using for strafing runs. On the underside of the cockpit is mounted 2 88mm KwK guns, firing around 30 rounds of APHE rounds (armor penetrating high explosive) each. On the belly of the plane are 6 schräge musik cannons, capable of destroying most ground based vehicles in a single pass. And lastly there are 24 250 lb bombs for all your carpet-bombing needs. =CONTROLS= Gunners - TRIM & VTOL + AG2. 88mms - ATG. Bombs - AG 4, 5, 6. Camera 1 - tailgunner. And uh. Thats about it
