-Fixed Stability Problems. Credit To @Homeadeforthepros. Lifeboats launch with activation groups and are controlled with pitch. Its still a tall ship so be careful when going around corners. this is only a temperary fix for the stability untell i find some better ways, so it is still a bit tippy.
