Amusingly, off-road performance is good but the main thing here is action group 1: VTOL up and it becomes a relatively quick boat. Still works if you leave it in land mode, but way slower. Wheels are powered by group 2, jet engine (needed on water) is group 7. While on water it might be useful to disable the gyro , that's group 8.
