If this is just for you, you should store it in your subassemblies, or if you have to upload, do it unlisted.
You are only allowed 3 public uploads a day.
So save them for something that you think will get you upvotes.

Use the tags functions.

Active people will get them removed anyway.
So if you are going to upgrade someone else's build;
