Set engine to 1000 HP for realistic, non WEP flight, the plane will still fly quite well.
Controls:
VTOL: Flaps (put VTOL all the way up during take-off and landing)
Activate Air weapons to use both the two 13mm MGs and the engine shaft mounted 20mm cannon with HE rounds.
Then, common aircraft controls for pitch, roll ecc...
