Got a little oversized compared to island, so calling this a full sized transport cargo plane, nearly as large as a Hercules. Consider this another alt reality Howard Hughes special (circa late 1940s) but utilizing post war tech on vectoring and assistance jets. I used some parts from one of my other uploads, hence its similar look. Brightly colored for easy search and rescue.
Action Groups/Control
AG 1: Starts main engines (on/off)
Trim: Trim up to take off/water; use trim in flight for slight pitch corrections
VTOL: Opens cargo bay
AG 2: Drops speed boat/fast transport from cargo hold
AG 3: Starts speed boat engines (on/off)
Brakes
Water Take off/landing: trim up (pull slider down) all the way, throttle up and pull up hard to prevent nose diving and summersault. Landing: slow a lot in flight, braking just above water surface and "glide" in. Watch speed, landing is a little tricky and of course keep that nose up.
Boat: Full stop in water, open cargo, drop (AG 2), than activate boat engines (AG 3) and turn off main plane engines (AG 1) Boat has orbit camera. Like the plane, the little speed boat is a bit tricky to handle.

I love your island, so okay keeping it in the background. I wish the fine tuner would scale things up a little easier, was tempted to make it bigger and put a hotel on it.
The deadline is still in a couple months, also the island was just a decoration that was supposed to be removed, anyway, awesome build! Thanks for participating in the challenge!
