The brilliance is the jettisonable glider, which releases via Action Group . This allows it to relase from the sled and lets it glide back to the landing runway at 110-200 mph, thus saving the pilot! Activate, pull up to trade airspeed for altitude and return to land.

@archerj2010, get to speed and activate group 1 to release the glider. It isn't meant to fly with the rocket sled attached!
