The VDK (Versta Dortaeyrta Kammiesyeraska), in eng. SIC (State Investigative Committee) - the federal government body of the Technocratic Federation of Peralaandia, exercising powers in the field of criminal proceedings and other powers in accordance with the law.

It was established in 1995 with the formation of the state itself. Its scope of activity includes: - investigation of offenses and crimes that require a more thorough analysis after an investigation by the State Gendarmerie, or if the SIC has taken control of the case first. It also investigates economic, environmental, transport and military crimes of medium and high severity.

As of 2025, the staff consists of about 35 thousand employees, further specification by ranks is not disclosed. One of the most significant incidents, in which SIC was involved, as well as other foreign organizations, such as Interpol, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, DGSE and the CIA, was the hijacking of the ferry "Darkevat" by terrorists on March 17, 20X3, on which there were citizens of the EU(Metropolitan France and French Guyane), Russia and the USA.
