•Changes to Dispersion code.

-Half have the dispersion code. The other half have pin point accuracy. Distributed evenly per side.
•Minor changes to Main battery Accuracy.
•Health points adjusted.
•Additional hull hit box fuselages for the bow and stern.
Known issues needing fixing:
•Main and secondary guns are not able to depress 5 degrees down when manually aimed.
