Entrant into RMark1's Police Vehicle Challenge.
In an effort to police an island nation, SP PD sought an aircraft that could hop from bays to airports to remote islands and krakens. The Harbor Patrol tilt rotor caries a crew of 2 and can land on water, conduct radar sweeps, surveillance, tracking, marine interdiction, and search and rescue. normally outfitted with a water cannon for putting out shipboard fires, this variant has been fitted with a .50 cal MG to aid in smuggling interdiction.
58% power to take off from land to a hover. Once up, a tiny bit of VTOL up lets you hover forward. transition to forward flight with full power and VTOL up as airspeed increases.
Lands nicely at 57-59%power. lands nicely on water.
AG1 for position and anti-collision lights.
AG2 for spotlight and spotlight controls(trim and VTOL).
AG3 for MG controls.
AG 4 for blue lights.

    This is literaly the best build for the challenge, it flies soo good especially in VTOL mode
