Initiative to assemble a wide range of naval aircraft

Okay, this is something like a Challenge, but its not realy that.
It's something like Nofferston's Tier IV, but im not going to remake the planes for it

It's going to go something like this: I'm going to put out some requirements, then the users will need to make a plane that fits on it. (More about it when i make the first one)
Relax, it's not really mandatory to follow the requirements, it's just to do a mini competition to see who can do it best (you can make planes to the I.A.N whenever you want!)
The first plane is posted, it's the NV-61. And I want to see how it goes!

Rules to enter:

Needs to be fictional
Needs to be your own plane
The plane needs to be designed after 1934 (the time the I.A.N was founded)
Helicopters are allowed, but must have a goal in mind.
must have less than 350 parts (with margin of error, I won't exclude the plane because it has 351 parts)
It should be relatively realistic, no planes with laser cannons.
It must be a successor if it is not built to follow the requirements.
Must be accessed by link if built to follow the requirements
Must use the I.A.N logo (Download it and save a subassembly)

I will not put a fictitious story here, as it will be done along with the buildings
And the plane can be from any country, after all, it is international!
