Develop in 2020 by Philadelphia Aerospace , the plane is suppose to replace F-24s in the near future , with a price tag of $60 million , with a development cost of $2.1 trillion..the first prototype was rolled off outside by Philadelphia Aerospace in California Aerospace Factory (clearly fictional) with a price tag of $1billion per prototype..15 prototypes was built..
