The mark 2 version of the Neo racer. It was felt to be the perfect spy vehicle, so it was upgraded into this mark 2 version. A boat mode was added for water use and secret weapons were added to all modes for secret missions. In addition, the jet mode was upgraded with more power and forward swept wings for greater speed and agilty. Group 1 for jet mode, 2 for boat mode. In addition, goup 3 delpoys a turret for additional weapons in any mode.
