the heavy missile and missile platform/carriage belongs to NBTamata
this is a self propelled variant of NBTamata's missile and i do have permission to add the Tractor Unit for towing NBTamata's creation
The Tractor is limited to 22 MPH
This tractor has a more advanced version of the rack and pinion steering system
i did enjoy creating this Tractor unit
